We were delighted to host project managers from the Zemgale Planning Region in Iceland on October 21-25th as part of the initiative, "Getting to know innovation in Iceland: Inspiration for the development of the region"
A visit to Carbfix
We introduced them to the Icelandic start-up ecosystem with a visit to Gróska, the hub of innovation in Iceland, where they met KLAK - Icelandic Startups and learned how they support startups through accelerator programs and mentoring. We also held a pink breakfast in support of breast cancer awareness day where we invited Icelandic startups to meet with the delegation.
