The HVIN Way to Reinventing Government

The HVIN Way to Reinventing Government

The HVIN methodology as about success – byt why do we need to implement innovation and system changes to achieve success? Can we effectively utilize innovative methods within government operations? Think lightning-fast action, smarter prioritisation, squeezing more juice out of fewer tasks, and even axing the unnecessary stuff!
Interested in understanding the operational dynamics of a modern ministry? Áslaug Arna Sigurbjörnsdóttir, Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, will present the ministry's distinctive approach at Kolaportið on Wednesday, May 15, at 16:00. Please note that the presentation will be conducted in Icelandic.
During the presentation, Áslaug Arna will delve into the collaborative relationship between politics and administration, aiming to establish an agile decision-making process without compromising quality or established standards.
Moreover, the session will highlight insights gleaned from the private sector, both domestically and internationally, emphasizing the applicability of the HVIN methodology beyond our ministry to benefit businesses, other governmental departments, and public entities.

This event takes place as a part of Iceland Innovation Week. Everyone‘s invited – just make sure to register at https://t.ly/CycCM. Attendance does not require an IIW pass.
